| Abstract: | The paper builds a relationship model on regulation and market performance based on telecommunication industry. With the model, the paper analyses the mechanism that regulation improves market performance, and the relation of enterprise ownership structure, market structure, market performance and regulation, as well as regulatory policy tools in a competitive market. |
