关于政治科学中合法性问题的思考

合法性问题是政治科学中最重要的概念之一。关于合法性来源有8种观点,每一种合法性来源都有一个聚合与耗散的过程,优化合法性结构,善治才有现实的可行性。我国传统的5种合法性来源结构性缺失,当代的合法性应不断发挥政治文化的象征作用,寻求发散性的意识形态合法性来源,增强结构性合法性来源。

On Legality in Political Science

Legality is one of the most important concept of political science. It has all together eight origins, each one abides by a process from mingling, practicing and finally decling. The promoting of legality construction and perfect adminstraction create practical possibility. In China, there are usually five origins. Legality nowadays should play a role as the symbol of political culture, people should focus on the seeking of comprehensive ideological legality origin and strengening constructural legality origin.
