从大学与工业关系发展的历史进程看高等教育职能的演变

通过对英国大学与工业关系发展的历史分析,阐述高等教育职能的自我协调与演变特征。高等教育自身发展规律,社会经济的发展需求,甚至政府的干预都会促进大学与工业的联系与合作。同时,高等教育职能的转变也伴随着大学与工业关系的进一步加强而逐步得到完善,使之成为推动高等教育发展与社会进步的重要力量。

On the Transform of Higher Education Function from the Perspective of the Relationship between Universities and Industries

This paper illustrates the self-adjustment and self-development of higher education function by giving a historical analysis to the relations between British universities and industries,which is gradually promoted and strengthened owing to the self-development of higher education as well as the political,economical and other social needs.At the same time,the function of higher education transforms with the improvement of the cooperation between universities and industries,which in return,will push forward the development of higher education and the society.
