社会网络、创业自我效能感与创业意图的关系研究

摘    要:研究发现:个人支持性的强联系和高的创业自我效能感能够增加创业意图。个人网络中的拥有实际商业知识和经验的强联系也能增加创业意图,但个人网络中的拥有实际商业知识和技能的弱联系却与创业意图不相关。除此之外,潜在创业者的亲友创业经验、专业等个人特质也证明对创业意图有影响。

Abstract:It is found that supported strong ties and high entrepreneur self-efficacy increase entrepreneurial intention.Network of strong ties with practical business knowledge and experience also increases the entrepreneurial intention.In contrast,a personal network of weak ties with practical business knowledge and experience has little effect on the intention.Entrepreneurial experience and major also affect entrepreneurial intention.
