| 摘 要： | 在对垂直型经济进行概念界定的基础上,分析其协调发展区域外部性的概念、内涵及形成机理,并依据外部性力量源泉将其分为市场外部性和政府行为外部性,其中市场外部性归结为"资源产权"不明晰,不完全竞争和信息不对称,而政府行为外部性归结为"理性人"对"区域利益"的追求及政府纠错行为自身;在此基础上指出明晰资源产权、建立利益分享和补偿机制、规范政府制度供给是减少(内化)区域外部性,实现垂直型经济协调发展的有效途径。
