高管团队组成特征、沟通频率与组织绩效的关系

摘    要:通过对中小民企高管团队的深入调查,研究发现:CEO性别与团队沟通频率正相关,但高管团队人口统计特征比CEO个人特征对团队沟通频率的变异有更多解释;高管团队男性比例、平均受教育程度、平均组织任期以及平均团队任期与团队沟通频率正相关,团队的平均年龄与沟通频率负相关;高管团队沟通频率与组织绩效显著正相关。没有发现高管团队人口统计特征异质性变量对沟通频率和组织绩效的显著影响。分步回归结果表明:高管团队男性比例和平均团队任期对组织绩效有显著正影响,且受到团队沟通频率的完全中介作用。

Abstract:Using the samples of TMTs of private-owned enterprises,the study indicates that TMT demographic traits explained more variances of communication frequency than CEO demographic traits;male ratio,average education level,average tenure of organization and team are positively related to communication frequency,while average age is negatively related;TMT communication frequency has a strong positive effect on organizational performance.TMT demographic heterogeneity has no significant effect on communication freq...
