高拱与"俺答封贡"

“俺答封贡”是明代乃至中国古代边疆史和民族关系史上的重大事件，封贡的成功，奠定了明清政府与蒙古族的治理模式。但谁是“俺答封贡”的主导和决策，学术界却出现了高拱、隆庆帝和张居正三种说法，而且又都是各说各的，并没开展正面讨论，故有辨清的必要。是高拱主导了“俺答封贡”事件的全过程，高拱是解决该事件的真正决策人。

Gaogong's Contribution to ‘An Da Feng Gong'

'An DaFeng GONG' is an important event in the history of the frontier and national relationship of Ming Dynasty and even the whole history of ancient China. Based on it, a new ruling mode of the Mongols, the Ming and Qing governments were set up. But as to the leading and decisive figure in the event, three different answers are offered by scholars: Gaogong, Emperor Longqin and Zhangjuzheng. But scholars just make out their own points and there is a lack of further discussion about it. Therefore it is necessary to differentiate them. This paper concludes that it is Gaogong, the real strategy maker, who dominated the whole course of the event.
