| Abstract: | Work-based learning is one of the important ways to achieve the fostering objective of vocational education.The author analyzes the relevant factors which are based on the quality management of abroad work-based learning.The author focuses on the operative strategies on developing a management constitution with detail rules and the participation of the whole quality management. |
