高校高水平排球运动规范化运行的体制分析

通过文献研究及对第六届大运会排球比赛的调研认为:目前运动员的来源渠道复杂;资金投入匮乏;训练与学习的矛盾;缺乏高水平的教练员;管理体制滞后;竞赛体制结构不完善,导致了高校高水平排球运动经过十几年的变化,在人才培养上仍没有新的突破.高校高水平运动队必须重视后备力量的培养,规范招生制度,改革竞赛体制,完善教练员的岗位培训,提高比赛质量.

Analysis of Operation System for Standardization of High-level Volleyball Teams in Colleges and Universities

Through literature consultation and investigation of the volleyball matches in the Chinese 6th University Games the following issues were found. The volleyballers had come from many channels. The fund input was deficient. There were contradictions between training and study. There were short of high level coaches. The management system was lag and the structure of the competition system was imperfect. All those have led to the fact that in recent years there wasn't any new break through in the cultivation of qualified personnel in volleyball teams of colleges and universities. Therefore, the high level athletic teams of colleges and universities should pay much attention to the cultivation of players in reserve, standardize the enrollment system, reform the competition system, perfect the on the job training of coaches and improve the quality of competition.
