| 摘 要： | 现代生物学表明，所有生物性状的变化是基因表达变化的结果．双向电泳是目前蛋白质常规分析技术中分辨率较高的方法．采用双向电泳技术分析了正常大鼠、心肌缺血模型大鼠、药物处理后的大鼠的血清蛋白组的差异，从而探讨利用双向电泳技术分析药物处理的有效性．

| Abstract: | Modern biology proved that all changes of organism traits are the results of gene expression changes. At present 2D-PAGE is exquisitely sensitive to distinguish protein in general. So in this paper we adopt 2D-PAGE to analysis the different serum protein group of healthy rat ,cardiac muscle bloodless rat,treated drug-taken rat so that we may discuss the medication effect. |
