| 摘 要： | 在影响学风建设的诸多因素中,处在学生管理和教学一线的辅导员与专职教师是最主要的两个因素,他们是学风建设的双主体。文章对二者学风建设中的责任差异、学风建设的开展方法及其联动机制进行研究,探讨学风建设的双驱动。
