新时期加强高校学生党员档案管理的思考

学生党员档案客观真实地反映学生党员的成长历程,是评价学生党员综合素质和学生党员发展工作的重要凭证,对于促进学生党员个体健康成长、提高学生党员发展质量、提升高校党建工作水平有着现实意义。文章在分析当前高校学生党员档案管理中存在的管理机制不完善、管理手段落后、使用效率低下等问题的基础上,提出了增强学生党员档案工作意识、完善学生党员档案管理机制、强化学生党员档案服务功能等三个改善高校学生党员档案管理的现实路径。

Ideas on Strengthening the Archive Management of Student Party Members

The archives of the student Party members,which can objectively reflect their growing process and is an important document to evaluate the comprehensive quality and demitting work of the student Party members,are of great importance for the individual healthy growth of the student Party members and improving the quality of student Party members＇ admission as well as enhancing the Party building work.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the current student party members＇ archives management such as imperfect management mechanism,backward management methods and low efficiency,this paper is to improve the realization path of students Party members＇ archives management from three aspects of enhancing the archives management＇s consciousness of student Party members archives work,perfecting students Party members＇ archives management mechanism and strengthening the service function of student Party member＇s archives management.
