| 摘 要： | 教师是学校的灵魂,教师水平的高低是教育质量和学术水平的决定性因素,在办学中的地位和作用已被公认。在开放大学的建设中,课程主讲教师队伍建设的意义重大。探索适应开放大学的建设以及人才目标培养的需要,构建开放大学课程主讲教师的建设之路。

| Abstract: | The teacher is the soul of the school, the teachers level is the decisive factor of the quality of education and academic level,whose role in running a school has been recently recognized. In the construction of open university, the construction course instructor team is of great significance. By exploring the construction of open university and talents cultivation objectives, the curriculum construction of open university teachers is analysed. |
