基于骨干教师视域下的教师专业发展

摘    要:骨干教师是教师队伍中德才兼备的优秀人才,是教师队伍的核心与中坚力量。他们对教育教学理念有自己独特的、创新的见解,有很强的专业敏感性、洞察力和问题解决能力,有较强的教学研究能力和吃苦耐劳精神,能充分利用信息技术提供的网络平台进行交流等自身独特的专业发展特质。同时,骨干教师在教育教学过程中具有示范—辐射、轴心—引领和支撑—促进的作用。基于上述特质与作用,我们可以发挥骨干教师引领示范、榜样带动的作用,重视师徒传授制,以"三课联动"的方式组建学习共同体、发挥辐射作用,同时利用网络资源,进行相互学习等策略来促进教师的专业发展。

Abstract:The backbone teachers are excellent talents that they have both ability and political integrity, and they are core and backbones in our society. They have their own and unique innovation in education, strong professional sensitivity, problem solving ability, stronger teaching ability and hard-working spirit. They can make full use of information technology to provide the platform for exchanges and other unique professional development characteristics. At the same time, the backbone teacher has the demonstration and radiation, the axis -leading and supporting in the teaching process by playing a promoting role. Based on the features and functions, the backbone teachers can play a leading role. We need to pay more attention to teachers by promoting the "Three Class Linkage" in order to form a learning community, use the cyber source, and take mutual learning strategies to improve the teachers'professional development.
