| 摘 要： | 农村档案是我国农村政权建设、农村产业化发展和农民生产生活情况的真实反映,是农民维护自身利益的重要凭证。文章剖析了泰州市海陵区行政村档案工作存在的问题,并提出加强行政村档案工作,服务新农村建设的基本对策。
