浙江服务外包人才存在的问题及对策

摘    要:人才是服务外包竞争力的关键。缺乏中高端人才,已成为制约浙江服务外包业发展的一大瓶颈。浙江服务外包发展持续快速增长,但服务外包人才的培养远远无法满足产业发展的需要。为保障浙江经济的可持续发展,需要政府、高校、企业、专业机构四方联动,打造浙江服务外包人才队伍。

Abstract:Personnel are the key to the competitiveness of service outsourcing. The lack of middle and high level personnel has become a bottleneck restricting the development of Zhejiang service outsourcing industry. Zhejiang service outsourcing grows rapidly and steadily, but the cultivation of personnel is far from meeting the needs of the industry. To keep the sustainable development of Zhejiang economy, measures should be taken to unite governments, universities, enterprises and professional institutes to build the team of Zhejiang service outsourcing personnel.
