吴江市整合农村信息服务资源的探索与展望

农家书屋、共享工程基层服务点、党员现代远程教育中心和乡村图书室事实上都在提供农村公共信息服务,并且已经基本覆盖了广大农村,但真正的实际情况是这些公共文化设施并无法为农民提供正常、规范和专业的信息服务。解决这些公共服务设施在资源、资金、人员等方面的制约因素,从而为农民提供常态化和专业化的服务,成为实现我国公共文化服务普遍均等的重要组成部分。吴江市针对自身实际情况,提出规范乡镇分馆管理,整合农村信息服务的资源,以一份成本提供农村综合信息服务的"四位一体"方案,实现农村公共信息服务的可持续发展,得到了政府的支持,并进入试点阶段。
