| 摘 要： | 我国社会主义现代化建设所取得的巨大成就,与我们党对于科技生产力重要性认识并充分发挥其作用密不可分。自主创新道路的确立旨在系统解决＂为什么发展科技＂、＂科技发展为什么＂、＂发展怎样的科技＂和＂怎样发展科技＂等一系列关乎中国前途和命运重大战略问题,并在这一过程中彰显了自主创新道路的战略地位、战略目的、战略意蕴和战略举措。

| Abstract: | The CPC has scored great new achievements in China＇s socialist modernization because she has still placed a highly premium on the productivity of science and technology.The establishment and launching of independent innovation strategy are inevitable for China＇s future and destiny which shows major strategic issues,and in the process we should put emphases on the road of independent innovation with Chinese characteristics in strategic status,targets,implications and measures. |
