| 摘 要： | 我国目前推行股指期货,可以实行套期保值,规避股市风险;拓展交易方式,构建做空机制;引导价格发现,倡导理性投资。在推行股指期货之前,应先立法后发展,构筑监管体系,培养交易主体。
