有氧健身舞蹈对老年人认知功能的影响分析

摘    要:目的:通过自行设计的一套有氧健身舞蹈,观察并分析有氧健身舞蹈运动后的老年人的神经认知功能的效果。方法:随机选取60名城市健康老年人(年龄60~70岁)作为受试者,进行45min长度的组合有氧健身舞蹈运动,保持大约45%心率储备。同时设计任务切换反应时间实验,测试运动前和运动后的反应时间和准确率来评价参与者认知功能。结果:通过不断重复测试组合有氧健身舞蹈运动前后认知功能指标,任务切换反应时间在运动后比运动前小,并分析任务切换反应时间的方差显示有氧健身舞蹈对老年人认知功能的显著相互作用。结论:有氧健身舞蹈能有效促进认知神经网络更好工作而改善老年人认知功能,而且这种健身运动有双重性质且能诱导运动与意想不到动作变化相消干涉。

Abstract:Objective: The present study investigates and analyzes the effects of cognitive function on elderly people by one type of designed aerobic dance programs. Method: Comparing the effects of pre- and post- aerobic dance exercise on cognitive performance by using one 45-min aerobic dance programs. Sixty elderly participants, aged 60-70 years old, are randomly assigned into two trial groups. The aerobic dance exercise is designed to be a combination styles which was controlled an exercise intensity of approximately 45% heart rate reserve. Reaction time and correct rates are measured by using a tasks-witching reaction time test to evaluate executive cognitive performance immediately before and after the 45-min dance exercise. Results: The analysis of variance for switch reaction time increasing demonstrates a significant interaction (p=0.005) after repeated testing measures (pre-post dance exercise).And it showing that the switch time in the programs became smaller after the dance exercise than before (p=0.008). Conclusion: The results suggest that the executive cognitive network was facilitated in a certain dance trial that has a dual-task nature and induces movement interference with unexpected movement changes.
