| 摘 要： | 高校档案工作的改革就在于最大限度地开发利用档案信息资源,为学校、为社会的改革与发展提供优质服务。分析了开发高校档案信息资源的主要途径,讨论了在高校档案管理中应该树立的新观念,给出了做好高校档案信息资源开发利用的对策。

| Abstract: | Archives reform in institutions of higher education is to maximize the development and utilization of archival information resources, and to provide high-qualitied services for the reform and development of institutions and the society. This paper analyzes the main ways to develop archival information resources in institutions of higher education. Some new concepts are discussed that should be established in archival management in institutions of higher education. Some key steps are given with which archival information resources in institutions of higher education can be used well. |
