语文教师专业发展的三重境界

摘    要:语文教师专业发展是新课程改革对教师提出的新要求,其目的是通过专业发展提升教师的专业素养。语文教师专业发展可以分为三种境界:知识取向、实践取向、生态取向。认识这三重境界对教师专业发展有积极的意义。

Abstract:The new curriculum reform puts forward new requirements for professional development of teachers of Chinese, whose purpose is to enhance professional qualities for teachers. Professional development of teachers of Chinese can be divided into three phases: knowledge orientation, practice orientation, ecological orientation. Understanding the three phases has a significant influence on professional development of teachers of Chinese.
