| Abstract: | Based on optimal idea, in this paper we give a adjusting method for whole parameters in mobile cel-lular telecommunication coverage.With mathematics model to describe the problem and to use changing object method,we give an algorithms to overcome the defect that cannot global set optimal parameters for celluar in engi-neering optimization. |
