| Abstract: | Science philosophy, summed up as “movement at t urnings”, comes down to the generation and evolution based and centered on the “turning” of linguistics, hermeneutic, and rhetoric. The development of scienc e philosophy in the 21st century properly and mainly tends to “post modernism” , adoption of “contextual analysis” and the structure of scientific practice v iewpoint respecting “context theory”. |
