当代创业企业:创新知识的综合定价机制

摘    要:本文认为,创新知识是创业企业诞生的起始点,是理解创业企业的关键。基于自身的特性,创新知识无法直接经由一次性的市场交易来给予定价。创新知识所有者是通过创办企业,以拥有创业企业所有权的形式来实现收益的。因此,当代创业企业在本质上是一种创新知识的综合定价机制。

Abstract:The text holds that creative knowledge is the origin of the birth of new business ventures and the key to comprehend this kind of enterprises.Based on its characteristics,creative knowledge can't be directly priced by one-time market exchange.The owner of the creative knowledge achieve the revenue from establishing enterprises and holding the ownership of new business ventures,so new business ventures are in essence a kind of comprehensive pricing mechanism of creative knowledge.
