关于地方院校教育的畅想与漫谈

办教育应发掘本地的教育资源而不仅是扩大资源范围。中国传统的书院教育其所具有的师生间心灵的交流、思想的碰撞、人格的影响、性情的熏陶、精神的吸引与传递等是现代教育特别是当下中国大学教育、研究生教育所匮缺的，部分地引入书院式的教育方式，有益于让学生体验教育与学术的真味。大学应该成为一个国家、地区的精神中心。培养本土的乡村建设人才，应该成为贵州大学这样的地方院校一个重大任务与战略目标。

Random Thoughts on the Operation of Local Institutions of Higher Learning

Education does not only mean the expansion of resource range, but also the development of the local educational resources. What modem Chinese higher education lack, at both the undergraduate and graduate stages, are the communication between teacher and students, enlightenment of ideas, influ- ences on personality, cultivation of good disposition, and the transmission of spirits, which were all the features of Chinese traditional academy education. Introducing academy education to modem higher education may benefit the students by experiencing the essence of education and academics. Universities should be the center of a district, or even a country. To cultivate local talents should become an important task and strategic objective of such local universities as Guizhou University.
