| Abstract: | This paper discusses how to strengthen the student management of adult higher education from three aspects eccording to the characteristics of students in adult higher education at present. First, establish the people - oriented management system. Second, strengthen the daily management of student and set up the people - oriented service idea. Third, improve the comprehensive quality of counselors. |
