| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员是一支专门从事学生德育工作的队伍，作为高校学生教育、管理的主要力量，是高校稳定和培养德、智、体全面发展的社会主义建设者、接班人的重要保证。在新的形势下，认真分析总结辅导员队伍建设经验，对加强辅导员队伍建设具有重要的现实意义。
