摘    要:以社会建构主义学习理论为基础,基于教学主题的工作坊研习模式,体现了参与式培训与反思性实践的基本理念。该模式以教学主题作为任务驱动,以合作讨论为组织形式,有助于促进培训学员、培训专家和资深教师的多元互动。在提出、分析、解决实际教学问题的过程中,提升教学设计、教学创新以及教学反思的能力。

Abstract:The topic-based workshop mode is based on the social constructivism learning theory and embodies the idea of participatory training and reflective practice.Driven by the teaching topic and collaborative discussion,this mode contributes to the multiple interactions among participants,experts and experienced teachers,with the result that the abilities of instruction design,teaching innovation,and teaching reflection have been promoted in the process of posing,analyzing and solving practical teaching problems.
