| 摘 要： | 教师职后培训是促进教师专业发展的重要途径,也是特级教师成长的重要因素。调查研究表明,教师职后培训在理念更新、方法创新、经验提升及机遇获得等方面对特级教师成长的影响最大。在阐明教师职后培训的涵义、特点、类型及分析其与特级教师成长相关性的基础上,提出通过教师职后培训促进更多教师走上特级之路的5点建议。

| Abstract: | In-service training is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers.It is also an important factor in the growth of special-grade teachers.Research shows that in-service training has a significant impact on the growth of special teachers to update the concept,innovate methods,enhance the experience and grasp opportunities.After clarifying the meaning,characteristics,types of in-service training and analysing its correlation with the growth of special teachers,this paper makes five proposals to help more teachers to become special-grade teachers through in-service training. |
