完善社会监督机制的思考

加强对权力的社会监督。建立科学、有效的权力运行监督机制，从决策和执行等环节加强对权力特别是主要领导干部的权力的社会监督，保证把人民赋予的权力真正用来为人民谋利益。必须深化教育，促使干部习惯于在监督下工作；疏通渠道，充分发挥群众监督作用；建立民主公开选拔作用人才制度；强化媒体，完善舆论监督作用；扩大民主，健全政协监督职能；突出重点，强化党政一把手监督。从而形成良好的社会监督氛围。

Strenghen social supervision on powers.Strengthen social supervision on powers especially from some major leaders from policy decision,execution and so on,and ensure that these powers the piople give are to work for the wellbeing of piople.We must improve the educational qulity and impel the leaders to be used to greater efforts with supervision.The masses play a great part in superrision,so we must make full use of this function and set long very well with the masses;Establish a kind of system throush which the talent were choosen publicly and democratically;Complete and consolidate the fuoctions of medium and enlarge a uide scope of democracy and be perfect in the supervisory function of CPPCC;Lay stress on the key points ,and strengthen the supervison from a capable person in the Party and CPPCC,so that a good social supervision atmosphere can be developed.
