| 摘 要： | 制度建设与科学管理是各项工作顺利进行的前提．石家庄职业技术学院经济贸易系在推行“系主任领导下的专业群经理负责制”过程中，把制度建设及对各项工作的科学管理放在首位，建立了新的工作制度与管理机制，促进了经济贸易系专业群在教学团队建设、课程改革、校企合作、学生工作等方面的科学发展．

| Abstract: | The institutional construction and scientific management are prerequisites for all that is done. In the process of the dean leadership system of specialty clusters management, the department of trade and economics places the institutional improvement and scientific management as the top priorities, sets up new working and management systems,and hence promotes all-round scientific development in team building, curricular construction, cooperation in diverse forms between institutions of higher learning and enterprises. |
