| 摘 要： | 针对新教师在《数控机床及编程》的备课、教学过程中面临的诸多问题,提出了一个循序渐进的解决方案,即先整体再细节,先内容后策略的方法.该方法已在实践中得以应用,并取得了良好的教学效果.
