| 摘 要： | 近两年我国沿海许多地区出现了“民工荒”现象。文章从农民工劳动权益、城乡二元结构、劳动密集型产业转移和产业升级以及教育体制和劳动者素质的角度,分析了产生这一现象的原因,并提出了解决的途径。
