| 摘 要： | 在认真调研、分析机电工程技术专业人才培养模式改革的制造业背景、行业背景和学校背景的基础上，阐述了机电工程技术专业人才培养模式改革的目标、指导思想、基本思路和主要措施。并提出根据学生的能力不同建立以就业导向和职业能力为中心的阶梯式的“多元目标模式”。

| Abstract: | Targets, instructive thought, basic idea and main measure of Talents training mode reform for mechanical & electronic engineering technology specialty are put forward based on investigation or analysis its background of industry and colleges, and multi-target mode is also proposed that orients employment and professional ability according to ability difference of students. |
