| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高等职业院校开展就业指导教育的骨干力量,其开展教育的成效将直接影响着学生的就业。本文在分析职业院校辅导员开展就业指导教育存在问题的基础上,有针对性地提出了提升辅导员就业指导能力和工作成效的对策。
