| 摘 要： | 本文阐明了先进制造技术(AMT)的发展对大学生的现代工程素质提出了更高要求，结合金工实习的现状，指出建设现代工程洲练基地的必要性，探讨了现代工程训练基地的一些基本特征，指出现代工程训练基地具有先进行、开放性、科学管理模式的特点。
