| 摘 要： | 社区参与是社区建设的灵魂。社区参与的主体除作为自然人的社区居民外，还包括社区内的三类法人：政府、企事业单位及社会团体。社区居民在社区建设中起到基础作用，三类法人组织在社区建设中分别扮演着主导者、支持者、中介者的角色，发挥着不同的社会影响和作用。各参与主体之间既保持着自己的独特性，彼此又有着千丝万缕的联系。

| Abstract: | Community participation is the soul of community construction. The participants,besides the residents in the community,include three kinds of judicial persons: the government,enterprises or companies,social organizations. The residents play elementary roles in the community construction,the three judicial persons play as leaders,supporters and agents with different social effects. All the participants are of their own uniqueness,though they are related in certain way. |
