| 摘 要： | 通过在南通市区及郊区进行的问卷调查与数据分析，针对个人诚信在“诚信南通”建设过程中存在的问题，研究并提出了解决问题的对策：建立个人信用信息的管理机构和信息资料库。实行个人信息实码制，完善相关法规，落实配套措施。

| Abstract: | With the questionnaire survey carried out in the downtown and outskirts of Nantong, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the construction of ＂Honesty and Credit in Nantong＂, and proposes the countermeasures to resolve these problems： setting up information of personal credit, administration system, and the information data, carrying out real personal information system, perfecting the relative stipulation, and the relevant measures. |
