| 摘 要： | 藻类对许多重金属具有较强的生物富集能力．小球藻（Ｃｈｉｏｒｅｌｌａ ｓｐｐ）分别在不同系列Ｚｎ、Ｃｄ浓度下培养８天间隔２天测定小球藻的生物量及Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ的含量．结果表明，小球藻随水体中Ｚｎ和Ｃｄ的浓度不同，在重金属水体中暴露时间不同，具有不同的富集速率和能力． |

| Abstract: | Chiorella spp. was cultivated to a range of dissolved concentrations of Zn and Cd for 8 days. During the cultivating, the contents of Zn and Cd in the cells of Chiorella spp. were measured every 2 days. The results show that chiorella spp. has different bioaccumulatig rates at different Zn and Cd levels. The present study confirms the ability of Chiorella spp.to bioaccumulate dissolved Zn and Cd in proportion to external levels and cultivate days. |
