| 摘 要： | 师生关系对教育效果有较大影响。在当前,师生关系这类＂教育资源＂严重缺失,这条教育途径被严重阻碍,难以发挥它应起的作用。据此,从教师的角度出发,提出了建立良好师生关系的有效途径。
