| 摘 要： | 中学生心理健康教育的重点是预防,而不是咨询,更不是治疗。探寻和选择适合中学心理健康教育的最佳契机,是心理健康教育工作者不能不认真研究和思考的问题。心理健康教育的契机,主要是指减少和抑制学生心理问题发生和发展的关健时间、空间、事件、人物等的有机整合。抓住考试前后、奖惩前后、变故前后等中学生心理健康教育的契机,就能收到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | High school mental health education should focus on prevention,not counseling or treatment. The opportunities mainly include decreasing and restricting integration among the key time,space,events and characters,which have defected influence on students' mental health. To achieve signal efficiency,educators should make the best of such opportunities as before and after exams,award and punishment,and accidents. |
