| 摘 要： | 研究表明任何事物都既有该类事物的普遍性,又具有自己的特殊性。创业型人才区别于就业型人才的根本点是心理素质的差异。培养创业型人才必须构建起创业型教育模式,而创业型教育模式的构建必须革新已有的人才培养模式。不变革原有模式,新模式就难以诞生。
