| 摘 要： | 在职业活动导向背景下搭建"公司制"班级,旨在围绕未来职业活动建构一个崭新的教学单元形式,使学生在虚拟的工作情境中实践和协作学习,不断建构自己的感性认知,缩短从"校园人"转变为"企业人"的时间.搭建"公司制"班级要从班级框架、班级环境建设、成员核心技能培养、励志教育、校园文化与企业文化的协调、课堂教育、职业活动设计等方面综合考虑.

| Abstract: | The aim to up class in type of corporation system under the guidance of professional activity is to construct a new teaching unit around the future professional activity, make students practise and learn in virtual working circumstance so as to cut down the time changing from campus man to corporate man. The authors puts forward some paths to re-construct the circumstance of professional activity in class in type of corporate system. |
