| 摘 要： | 管理效能是学校管理追求的永恒目标,但管理效能低下却是当前不少高校管理实践面临的一个突出问题,究其原因,不仅仅在于管理过程、手段方面的问题,也跟管理理念与管理精神的缺失有关。从当前高校管理的现状来看,提高管理效能需要三大精神支柱:求真精神、人本精神和民主精神。
