| 摘 要： | 中国传统武术的思想理论、方法在数千年的流传中,经历了历史的选择,形成了自己独特的具有中华民族特色的文化体系,从传统武术中,可以领略到儒家的"和谐"精神、"天人合一"的和谐境界、道家的辩证法思想和自强不息的民族之魂。高校武术教师应当在日常教学中注重民族传统文化的导入,使武术成为一种中华民族文化和民族精神最好的载体。
