侦查活动中侦查人员的自我再定位

在经济全球化与法制现代化的背景下,犯罪现象出现的新态势给侦查工作带来了极大挑战。然而,由于文化传统及思维方式等方面的原因,传统的侦查观念中侦查人员往往自我定位于“侦查圈”之外,而且相对于其他侦查参与人,处于高一位阶之上。实践中,侦查人员的这种自我定位存在着诸多弊端,不利于实现对犯罪的侦控。因此,侦查人员要改变侦查观念,实现自我再定位。

Reorientation of investigators in investigation

With the universalizing and legalizing,the new criminal situation brings much challenge to investigation.But because of many traditional and the traditional investigation notion oriented the investigator out of the "investigation area" and at higher state than other persons in process.This self_orientation has many faults and is harm to the investigation.So the article analyzes why the flaws happened and suggests that the investigator should change the notion and reself_orienting.
