| 摘 要： | 鉴于顶岗实习教学环节对高职院校培养学生技能的重要性，针对这一环节实施的难点，结合石家庄铁路职业技术学院顶岗实习实例，介绍了顶岗实习的主要模式、组织形式和制度保障等，可为同类院校的项岗实习工作提供参考与借鉴。

| Abstract: | In view of the significance about the posts replacement internship teaching to student skills development in higher vocational college, aiming at the difficulties to implement this procedure, combining Shijiazhuang Institute of Railway Technology posts replacement practice examples, this paper introduces the main mode of posts replacement internship, forms of organization and system guarantee. Information and reference are provided for similar institutions to carry out posts replacement internship. |
