| 摘 要： | 随着3G移动通讯技术的高速发展，泛在学习呈现出了广阔的发展前景。从3G移动通信技术的特点和泛在计算的概念入手，在阐述泛在学习的内涵与特点的基础上，结合3G移动通讯技术，提出了基于3G的泛在学习环境模型。

| Abstract: | Along with the developing of 3G mobile communication technologies at top speed, ubiquitous learning presents broad prospects. The article starts with the characteristics of 3G mobile communication technologies and the concept of ubiquitous computing. On the basis of elaborating connotation and characteristics of the ubiquitous learning, it proposes ubiquitous learning environment model based on 3G. |
