| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会内涵十分丰富,必须以科学的发展观为统领,必须抓住发展的大好机遇期,必须同全面建设小康社会结合起来。滨州的发展在构建社会主义和谐社会的大环境中,有着诸如较为充足的土地资源、良好的教育资源等有利条件及广阔的发展空间,但也有经济总量偏小等不利因素。应该抓住构建社会主义和谐社会的历史机遇,进一步推动滨州的全面发展,在发展的基础上促进和谐滨州的实现。

| Abstract: | The construction of a harmonious socialist society encompasses broad connotations.We must adopt a scientific outlook on development to guide our efforts in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.In this background Binzhou has the advantages such as bountiful land and educational resources as well as extensive space for further development,while it also has its unfavorable factors.Therefore,we must seize the historic opportunity of creating a harmonious society,promoting Binzhou's all-round development and building a harmonious Binzhou. |
